The month of May McCormick and Schmick's celebrates a decade in downtown Minneapolis! 
 
The week of May 10th, they'll be rolling back happy hour prices to the year 2000!  With $1.95 favorites and extended happy hours. 
 
Then on May 21st McCormick and Schmick's will celebrate a decade in downtown Minneapolis from 4pm to close.  New menu items, live music, contests, prizes, and even KS95's Staci Mattews from 6pm to 8pm.
 
Guests will find the freshest seafood available from Alaska halibut to New Zealand grouper on the "Fresh List" of our menu, a selection of more than 30 seafood varieties in fresh that day. Our wait staff is renowned for their encyclopedic seafood knowledge.

Our extensive menu changes daily depending on each day's fresh seafood deliveries and in keeping with the McCormick & Schmick's tradition of offering only the freshest seafood available in season. With more than 80 preparations available on our menu each day, every guest is sure to find something to satisfy their palate.

Each executive chef strives to reflect McCormick & Schmick's commitment to culinary excellence by showcasing a vast selection of only the freshest quality varieties from the Pacific Northwest, the Atlantic, local waters near their restaurant as well as unique species from international waters. McCormick & Schmick's commitment to local freshness is apparent in our seasonally inspired dishes and regionally inspired preparations.

Unique to Minneapolis, the restaurant has several "snugs" (private booths with velvet draperies) in the formal dining room. The handsome interior features handcrafted mahogany, stained glass (depicting Minnesota heritage), and brass accents. Polo-green carpeting, Tiffany-style lamps and framed historical photographs of Minneapolis history lend a traditional note to the interior.

McCormick & Schmick's also features a lively bar experience, with a bar staff that practices traditional mixology -- hand-shaken cocktails using only bottled sodas, freshly squeezed juices and premium liquors.
